Opposition trying to break national unity: Buzdar

Lahore: Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that opposition leaders always tried to break national unity and solidarity by playing negative politics and also ruining their reputation. He said in a statement on Sunday that unity and national solidarity is the only way to take the country on the path of progress and our beloved motherland demands us to rise above personal interests to protect national interests.

Usman Buzdar said that unfortunately the opposition is following the agenda contrary to national interests and solidarity, trying to hinder the progress and development of the country. The chief minister warned that no one under the leadership of PM Imran Khan would be allowed to create hurdles in the way of the ongoing development process and all such efforts would fail. Unfortunately, the PDM has put national interest aside and said that there is no threat to the government from the opposition.

The hollow slogan of "vote ko izzat do" is now logically over. People have given a mandate of five years to the PTI government led by PM Imran Khan. Usman Buzdar said that the present government has always responded to negative publicity with public service. He said that in the last three and a half years, the government has taken many steps for the welfare of the people and the country is moving towards sustainable development. He said that such elements are fully aware that people fully support PM Imran Khan and PTI will enter the corridors of power again in the coming elections with public support.

He claimed that the people of Pakistan have full faith in the honest leadership of PM Imran Khan as he is bravely facing internal and external challenges. He said that PTI is implementing the agenda of civil service and national development.
