ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has reported 27 deaths due to Novel Coronavirus in the last 24 hours as the number of positive cases rose to 1410033.
The nationwide fatalities have risen to 29219 on Saturday. So far 1276719 patients have been cured in the country. So far 104228089 people have been partially vaccinated against coronavirus in the country. Meanwhile, 223 230 people were vaccinated against coronavirus during the last 24 hours. So far, 80748105 people have been completely vaccinated against corona virus and 322467 people have been vaccinated during the last 24 hours. During the last 24 hours, so far 174085175 doses of vaccines have been administered across the country while 605450 doses have been administered in the country. On Saturday, the positivity rate of the reported cases of corona virus has reached 11.31 percent.
According to the latest data from the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), 7963 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
The death rate from the coronavirus epidemic in Pakistan is 2.1 percent, meanwhile the number of patients recovering from the coronavirus has reached 90.5 percent. During the last 24 hours, 2062 corona virus patients have been cured in the country. There are 1375 serious patients of corona virus in the country. There are 104095 active cases of corona virus in the country.
According to NCOC, Punjab province ranks first in terms of deaths due to corona virus epidemic. Whereas Sindh province is at number two. While Sindh province has come first in terms of total number of coronavirus cases and active cases of coronavirus in the country, Punjab province meanwhile ranks second.
On the other hand, the federal capital Islamabad has come in third place in terms of active coronavirus cases.
There are 13700 active coronavirus patients in Islamabad.
There are 52647 active coronavirus patients present in Sindh, 26699 8232 active cases in Punjab, 566 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 2090 in Balochistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and 161 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
In Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the percentage of deaths due to coronavirus patients is 3 per cent in Islamabad, 2 per cent in Gilgit-Baltistan, 1 per cent in Balochistan, 3 per cent in Sindh and 3 per cent in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
So far 13139 people in Punjab have lost their lives due to this epidemic, 7800 in Sindh, 5994 in KP979 in Islamabad, 752 in Azad Kashmir, 367 in Balochistan and 188 in GB.
Apart from this, 474208 in Punjab, 190578 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 125203 in Islamabad, 34277 in Balochistan, 36967 in Azad Kashmir and 10604 in Gilgit-Baltistan 538196 cases of corona virus have been confirmed. Pakistan has conducted 24893290 coronavirus tests and 70389 so far in the last 24 hours.
So far 477749 in Sindh, 434370 in Punjab, 176352 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 110524 in Islamabad, 33344 in Balochistan, 34125 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and 10255 in Gilgit-Baltistan have been cured.
