Despite the strategy of the government, a long march will be taken out: Bilawali

 


ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party President Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that the elected government is specifically targeting the PPP because of the long march, but it will be conducted irrespective of government strategy and propaganda.

He said that even before the Long March, propaganda against the PPP had started from various quarters. He said the government's strategy was bound to fail and he could already imagine the difficulties the government would face due to this long march.

He called up PMLN President and Leader of Opposition in National Assembly Shahbaz Sharif and questioned him. President of PMLN and Leader of Opposition in National Assembly Shahbaz Sharif thanked Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

Meanwhile, Bilawal Bhutto, who was in Lahore, held a meeting with former Prime Ministers Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani and Raja Pervez Ashraf and assigned them important tasks in connection with the PPP's Long March beginning from Karachi on February 27.

Former Prime Ministers and members of the Long March Organizing Committee briefed Bilawal Bhutto Zardari about the preparations.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the Imran government is following a foreign agenda.

Addressing a gathering at the Ulema Convention in Hub, Fazal quipped at the premier, saying, "Sometimes he talks about bringing China's system, other times he wants to implement the system adopted in Iran." Huh."

"The PM also says at times that he wants to bring in the system followed by the United States of America (US) and also talks about Riyasat-e-Madina," he said.

Taking a jibe at the government, Fazal said the ruling party was projecting the experience of democracy in Pakistan as a failure. Fazal said that the government did everything to destroy the country. He said, "The greatest statesman or general cannot be successful if he does not implement the law of Allah."

Fazal continued to criticize the government and said that those who had their own throne could not prove to be strong enough. He said that loading guns can't get rights. "Even when we are demanding rights in a democratic way, we are not getting them."

He said, 'Our protest will continue till the incompetent rulers are released, on 23 March the whole country will leave for Islamabad.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman claimed that March 23 will be a historic day for Pakistan when the whole country will be moving towards Islamabad.

He said that till 1974 the system of Kalima could not be implemented in the country, we had to follow Islamic principles. He said, "Nowadays if a cleric has any problem related to marriage, then the cleric will find out from the big scholars." Fazal said that on the contrary, the issue of issuing fatwa of 'disbelief' is not asked by any great religious scholar.

Fazal said that the US was forced to leave Afghanistan after 20 years. He said that America is no longer a superpower after the defeat in Afghanistan.

He said that America is talking about human rights. But, America itself is involved in the killing of humanity, he said.

Fazal said that unless the economy is strong, foreign policy will not be directed in the right direction.

"Our friendship with China has turned into an economic friendship," he said.

The Maulana said that the government had to face defeat in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) local body elections. "The time has come for the government to prepare for defeat in Balochistan," Fazal said.
