Prime Minister, Crown Prince of UAE made telephonic contact

 


ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday expressed Pakistan's desire to work with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to further strengthen bilateral ties, enhance cooperation in multilateral fora and continue close coordination on regional and global issues of mutual interest. expressed.

He expressed this during a telephone conversation with Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. The Crown Prince strongly condemned the January 20 terrorist attack in Lahore that claimed three lives and injured many.

He also expressed his deepest condolences to the families of all the victims and prayed for speedy recovery of the injured. The Crown Prince expressed solidarity with the leadership, government and people of Pakistan.

Prime Minister Imran Khan thanked the Crown Prince for his condolences and strong expression of support. Reaffirming Pakistan's determination to fight terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, he said that the perpetrators of the terrorist attacks will be brought to justice.

The Prime Minister's Office said that the frequent and cordial dialogue between the leadership of the two countries is a hallmark of the fraternal ties between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.

Meanwhile, Kashmir Committee Chairman Shahryar Afridi along with Defense Minister Pervez Khattak and Science and Technology Minister Syed Shibli Faraz called on Prime Minister Imran Khan.

PTI Tehsil President Gumbat Kohat Sajid Iqbal was also present in the meeting. During the meeting, issues related to the organization and development projects of the party in Kohat district were discussed.

The PM directed the elected public representatives not only to intensify the campaign with the people, but also to improve coordination with the district administration for immediate resolution of their problems.

On this occasion, independently elected Tehsil President Lachi, Kohat Muhammad Ehsan and Kohat city independent candidate Shafiullah announced their intention to join PTI. The new entrants expressed full faith in the leadership of the Prime Minister.
