Prince Andrew has filed his official denial of claims by his accuser Virgina Giuffre at trial.
Prince Andrew says the trial should be dismissed on the grounds that the trial in New York court "lacks subject-matter jurisdiction" because his accuser, Virgina Giuffre, "is a permanent resident of Australia and not a domicile of Colorado". "
Prince Andrew says he calls for a "trial by jury on all causes of action stated in [Virginia Giuffre's] complaint".
She alleged that in 2001 she was sexually assaulted by Prince Andrew in three locations, London, New York, US Virgin Isles.
