Blac Chyna wanted to redo her testimony after claiming she was triggered by a Kardashian-Jenner family lawyer
A judge on Thursday denied Blac Chyna's request to redo her testimony in her trial against the Kardashian-Jenner family.
Angela White-born Chyna wanted to redo her testimony after saying she was instigated by the Kardashian-Jenner family attorney, Michael Rhodes, who showed nude photos of the model during their initial cross-examination.
Chyna's attorney, Lynn Ciani, argued in court that seeing the intimate photos — which were included in a restraining order request filed against Rob Kardashian in 2017 — affected Chyna's testimony.
Judge Gregory Alarcon declined to reconfirm Chyna's request. He added that the plaintiff has already taken the stand for a total of 11 hours and he has plenty of time to raise other issues and concerns.
The 33-year-old model has sued Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner for $100 million for defamation and accusing them of canceling the second season of their reality show Rob & Chyna.
