Prince Harry 'hates' being a royal prince, according to a royal expert who has also claimed he married Meghan Markle as a 'outside' of the royal family.
Speaking on Mirror UK's royal podcast titled Pod Save the Queen, royal writer Andrew Morton said: "They were thinking about moving to New Zealand ... they had all kinds of plots and ideas for their future "
Then he explained: "It didn't work because when it really comes down to it, Prince Harry is cursed with charisma but hates being a prince and I think he saw Meghan as a way out. "
"He didn't have to leave the royal family the way he did, but he did."
Morton continued: "Following their marriage in the late 1940s, The Queen and Prince Philip lived in Malta for some time as he pursued a career in the Royal Navy and was thought by many to be First Lord of the Admiralty. Such was the star."
