Amber Heard reportedly has three options if she wants to back down against rejection
Amber Heard currently stands with 'three viable options' if she chooses to move on with her life after losing the bid for a re-trial.
These options have been put forward by lawyer Richard Mitrie, who, and according to Sky News, believes the actor has only three options at his disposal after the appeal is denied.
He was quoted as telling the outlet, "There are talks about potential appeal."
So "she can do that now that the retrial attempt has failed, it will be an appeal to a higher court to test that what she will see were errors in the original hearing."
"Whether she does it or not, we'll see soon," especially since it may be the only way out.
This comes as the lawyer explained how the only three methods involved either filing for another appeal, paying Johnny Depp in full, no matter the cost, or filing for bankruptcy.
