Iqra Aziz is disappointed after the authorities banned husband Yasir Hussain's much-awaited film Javed Iqbal.
Taking to his Instagram on Friday, Iqra took to social media to raise his voice, urging viewers to accept the harsh reality of the serial killer and the lives he has damaged.
Iqra explained how the film is very different from the mainstream rom-com films in the Pakistani film industry.
"Why can't we accept the fact that it actually happened in the 90s. Is it just a comedy film or a love drama hi Pakistan's entertainment. Our audience says we watch something else but what do we watch here? Are there only? (Are there only?) Comedy movies and love dramas survive in Pakistani entertainment? Our audience says they want to watch different content but guys, how do we do that?)
Referring to an American serial killer, Iqra said, "Mujhse lagga hamari pemra ni Ted Bundy's tapes nahi suni nahi (I don't think Pemra has listened to Ted Bundy's tapes)."
