Queen Latifah hoped for the enormity of justice as she addressed the firing of Chris Noth from The Equalizer following allegations of sexual assault by multiple women.
During his conversation with People (TV show!), the 51-year-old actor talked about the 'dice situation'.
She said, "It's still surreal. It's such a difficult, delicate situation that requires a lot of respect."
"It's a personal thing that he has to deal with," she said.
The Last Holiday actor also spoke about the future of Noth's character in the series. "We're figuring out what we want to do creatively on the show and how we're going to deal with that character."
"Chris's character is obviously a big part of the show and it was amazing chemistry, amazing chemistry," she continued.
"And my feeling is that justice has to win regardless. I just want to do the right things, you know?" Latifah expressed.
"Chris Noth will no longer be airing additional episodes of The Equalizer, effective immediately," series broadcaster CBS announced in a statement on December 20.
This statement was followed by an article published in The Hollywood Reporter on December 16, in which two women accused Noth of sexual abuse.
Meanwhile another woman also came out with similar claims against The Good Wife alum.
