India win World U19 title after defeating England

 India beat England by four wickets to win World Under-19 tournament trophy


North Sound: India defeated England by four wickets on Saturday to win the World Under-19 title for the fifth time.

India, playing their first final of the tournament in 24 years, after dismissing England, scored 189 runs, 195 for 6 with 14 balls.

Fast bowler Raj Bawa claimed 5-31 while Ravi Kumar finished with 4-34.

England were 91-7 at one stage before James Yu's brilliant 95, but India were never really in trouble with both Sheikh Rashid and Nishant Sindhu scoring half-centuries.
