Patna: Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar passed away on Sunday at a hospital in Mumbai. She was 92 years old. Her younger sister Usha Mangeshkar said, 'She (Lata Mangeshkar) is no more. She passed away in the morning.' The singer was found infected with the corona virus and had minor symptoms of the disease. He was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Breach Candy Hospital on January 8, where he was undergoing treatment under the supervision of Dr Pratit Samdani and his team. Mangeshkar's condition had improved and the ventilator was removed, but his health deteriorated again on Saturday.
