Prince Andrew has been called upon to resort to shocking means to settle his lawsuit against Virginia Giuffre.
The warning was issued by Royal commentator Russell Myers during an interview on the Pod Save the Queen podcast.
There he began by saying, "Two issues that have really dawned on me: first he is asking about the veracity of that very infamous photo of him and Virginia Giuffre at Ghislaine Maxwell's London townhouse in 2001. is lacking."
"Back in the Newsnight interview, he said it was 'a picture of a picture of a picture' and that his team was not completely convinced it was not a hoax photo."
However, Mr. Myers also highlighted that there is one more important piece of evidence to the case that could contradict everything.
"Another of these is his denial that he was a 'close friend of Ghislaine Maxwell'.
"It seems extraordinary because we all know very well that they have been pictured together on several occasions, they have been friends since the eighties, Ghislaine Maxwell was invited to Buckingham Palace."
Also, "in recent weeks we've seen a picture of Ghislain and Jeffrey Epstein at that location in Balmoral."
