Prince Andrew's return ruled impossible for Queen's Platinum Jubilee
Prince Andrew is said to be put down for the grace of the royal family.
Eric Schiffer, president of Reputation Management Consultants, is urging the Duke of York not to jump into the limelight and tread carefully.
He told Express.co.uk: "The chances of seeing Prince Andrew on the jubilee are the same as Martians descend on the mall to honor Her Majesty."
Prince Andrew previously sparked public outrage through ex-wife Sarah Ferguson's Instagram handle in an unsuccessful attempt to make a comeback on social media.
The Duke commented on the Falklands Wars after Fergie hijacked social media and announced he was a 'revenge man' months after walking out of court for his sexual assault scandal.
US Weekly hosts Christina Garibaldi and Christine Ross called the effort "extremely serious".
"He couldn't read the room to see how people were feeling about him," he said.
Mr Garibaldi said: "They really just need to remove themselves from the situation."
Ms Ross then added: "She needs to lay down and take a step back."
A source told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "He was meant to remain invisible during Platinum Jubilee, so there's no way he'll be on shows like Trooping the Colour.
“But the Queen needs a mentor on all occasions at this time due to her mobility issues and Andrew is determined to accompany her to Derby. He does not seem to understand the public outcry.
"Last weekend, the Duke came under further scrutiny after his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson shared a series of posts on his behalf on his Instagram account.
