The reality TV star paid a heartfelt birthday tribute to Scott on her Instagram Story on Saturday, describing him as the "most special person" in her life.
She shared a loving photo with the Goosebumps rapper, who rings in her 31st on April 30. She captioned the picture, "Happy birthday my love my best friend (hereinafter the white heart emoticons)"

The Kardashian alum and rapper two, 24, became parents to daughter Stormi Webster, four, and welcomed a second child, baby boy, in February.
Meanwhile, Scott is gearing up for his return to the music festival stages for the first time since last year's Astroworld Festival tragedy.
He is set to headline Primavera Sound's upcoming festivals in So Paulo, Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile, featuring artists including Jack White, Arctic Monkeys, Lorde and Björk.
