Johnny Deppo almost sued her because of Amber Heard's slipup
Reports warn that Amber Heard's new interview could become the source of another lawsuit against the actor.
According to a report, New York-based lawyer Nicole Half talked about this possibility from a legal point of view in her interview to the Daily Mail.
"Yes. This interview could count as a new 'publication' under the law, which could lead to a third trial," she explained.
But also urged Depp not to go ahead with the possibility because "Heard's attorneys have already said she cannot pay the original judgment."
The claim comes shortly after the first snippet of Amber Heard's interview getting 'hatred and vitriol' trended on social media.
