Billie Eilish said: "Today is a really dark day for women in America."

Glastonbury, England: Billie Eilish said it was a "dark day" for American women when she made history on Friday night by becoming the youngest solo artist on the Pyramid stage in Glastonbury.
The 20-year-old multi-Grammy winner commented through the crowd-pleasing set, starting with the hits "Bury a Friend" and ending with "Bad Guy" and "Happier Than Ever."
Without directly referencing Friday's U.S. Supreme Court decision, which in Roe v. Wade, which recognized women's constitutional right to an abortion, Eilish said: "Today is a truly dark day for women we know in the U.S.."
"I'm just going to say that because I can't bear to think about it any more at this very moment."
He then dedicated a song about abuse of power to the subject, "Your Power".
Near the end of the set, she told the crowd that she was "so unworthy" of the title.
"Thank you for letting me do this," she said. "I am so honored to be here."
Eilish kicked off the first full day of music at the festival in south-west England, which returned two years later for its 50th anniversary, following the pandemic's planned 2020 and 2021 events.
Other acts on Friday included Wet Legs, Arlo Parks and Primal Scream.
