Britney Spears' father sues her for allegedly trashing her on social media and her upcoming memoir
Britney Spears seems to have reacted to her father Jamie Spears' claims that she is running a social media campaign against him.
In her first post on Instagram after a week-long hiatus, the Princess of Pop wrote that she will keep her fans updated about her life, regardless of what her family says.
The Toxic singer penned a lengthy note, revealing that she had moved into a new home with her husband, Sam Asghari.

Earlier, Britney's father had filed court documents claiming that the singer had launched a social media smear campaign against her.
In the documents, Jamie demanded that Britney sit down for a statement on Instagram and in her upcoming memoir for allegedly trashing her.
According to legal documents obtained by The Post, Jamie's attorney Alex Weingarten wrote that Britney "continues to make public social media posts containing incendiary allegations of various factual matters" as well as being required to sit for a statement. .
