Kanye West's exit from Coachella two weeks before the festival went live was as much news for festival organizers as it was for the rest of us.
According to TMZ, the organizers of the festival were kept in the dark about Kanye's plan, and thus far, Donda is no replacement for the rapper. However, he has no hard feelings towards Kanye and wishes him all the best.
The publication quoted festival heads as saying they understand that "Kanye has been through a lot lately, and wants him to take time to work on himself."
The news comes just weeks after Kanye's online rants against former Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend Pete Davidson led to fans rallying to remove him from the Coachella lineup.
Kanye was also dropped from the Grammys lineup because of his "about online behavior".
