Several arrests were made ahead of the Royal Family's Trooping the Color parade for the Queen's birth anniversary
Queen Elizabeth's jubilee celebrations began on Thursday with the Trooping the Color parade, however, several arrests were made before the royals took to the parade route.
According to ITV, the Metropolitan Police made several arrests after a certain group crashed and attempted to enter the ceremonial route before the Trooping the Color parade took off.
Members of the group were pulled away from the baths of a marching military band as they parade along the route near Buckingham Palace in the early hours of Thursday.
Footage from the incident shared online shows Met Police detaining a crown-clad crowd as they walk down the parade path.
The Met Police also tweeted on Twitter to share an update about the arrest: "Thank you to the crowd who showed their support by clapping to our officers who returned to their posts after swift handling of the incident."
