The reality TV star took to Instagram stories to share a statement.
"What a scary and emotional week this has been. Our health is everything and sometimes we take for granted how quickly this can change," she said.
She then revealed how her husband contracted a deadly disease.
"I am too great to God to heal my husband," she said.
After thanking the doctors and hospital staff for taking care of Travis Barker, Courtney shared a quote from the 13th-century poet and Islamic scholar Jalaluddin al-Rumi.
"I love Rumi's quote, 'I closed my eyes and talked to you in a thousand silent ways,'" she wrote.
