Tom Cruise is soaring high with the success of the biggest hit of his career, Top Gun: Maverick.
While the film is breaking box office records with new numbers, 60-year-old Cruise was recently seen channeling major vibes from his favorite character Captain Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell from his recently rebooted film Top Gun was.
On Wednesday afternoon, the American Made star was clicked piloting their helicopter. He earned his pilot's license almost three decades ago and since then, he has performed some dangerous stunts in the air in his films over the years.
According to reports, the War of the Worlds actor was preparing to fly his helicopter through South West London.
For the outing, Cruise wore a light blue T-shirt, which was teamed with dark jeans and a pair of black shoes. He was also carrying a black backpack as he gave a friendly wave to the photographers and onlookers.
Meanwhile, Top Gun: Maverick has officially become Paramount Pictures' highest-grossing film, surpassing the 1997 hit Titanic.
Directed by Joseph Kosinski, Top Gun: Maverick has grossed $587.9 million for a global total of $1.19 billion.
