Best NBA player prop bets to consider for Sunday, February 6

We follow along the lines of the DraftKings sportsbook and pick our favorite player prop bets you should consider for Sunday's slate.

We have a quality eight-game schedule at Association on Sundays and there are some friendly player prop bets on the DraftKings sportsbook that we think you should keep an eye on. We have identified some of them here and you should consider checking them out before the day's action.

Bones Highland over 7.5 points (-110)

Today's slate for our first player prop bet, we're going to roll with Denver Nuggets rookie point guard Bones Highland. Hyland has played well for Mike Malone this season, averaging 8.4 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.

The former VCU standout should find some time to play against a Brooklyn Nets team that will be without James Harden for one more game. The Nets' defense has struggled against point guards this season, earning 23.9 points per game. Hyland did not play against Brooklyn in the Nuggets' first matchup, but has scored more than 7.5 points in five of their last 10 matches. It's a risky game because of not scoring sometimes, but it's worth it for the money too.

Grant Williams scored three over 1.5 (+120)

We're going to try to hit the jackpot on Grant Williams' three-point prop against the Orlando Magic tonight at Plus-Money. The Magic have struggled to defend a three-point shot this season, allowing teams to shoot 36.4% and 37.6% in their last three matches.

Williams, who comes off the bench for the Celtics, averages 7.2 points per game and is shooting 42.6% from beyond the arc. The 23-year-old has made more than 1.5 threes in seven of his last 10 matches. At plus-money against an Orlando squad that is allowing a power forward to make 2.3 threes per game, there should be value.

Clint Capella to Double-Double (+120)

The Atlanta Hawks are going up against the Dallas Mavericks, who are still without Kristaps Porzingis on the front court, making it a friendly matchup for veteran center Clint Capella.

When these two teams played earlier this season, Capella had 12 points and 13 rebounds in 21 minutes. This season, the 27-year-old Big Man averages a double-double, including 11.1 points and 12.2 rebounds per game. Now granted, he has only had one double-double in his last 10 matches, but has missed at least three other opportunities.
