Prince Harry sets 45-minute 'inner work' for burned staff

Prince Harry is highlighting the benefits of meditating and exercising to combat work burnout.

Speaking during his recent appearance on mental health, the Duke of Sussex joined hands with tennis star Serena Williams with school staff on work-life balance.

Harry said: "From an employer's point of view, you can't expect - in today's world - people will work on themselves if you are not giving them the time to be able to do it.

“As employers it is very important to say that if you have the chance to do it in your spare time it is wonderful, but we are going to incorporate it into our daily routine at work.

"If everyone was doing this, there would be a huge change in global consciousness and awareness.

He continued: "If you're a business leader, [it] holds for your employees as well.

"[You could say] everyone's going to focus on themselves today."

Sharing the antics of his new life with the two kids, Harry said: "I now put in 30 minutes, 45 minutes every morning where it's okay, one of the kids is at school, the other is taking a nap, We have a break in the program.

"It's either for a workout, take the dog for a walk, meditate, get out in nature."
