Duke of Sussex urges bosses to give employees time to build their 'mental fitness'
Prince Harry's latest comments have sparked fury as royal fans have been criticizing the Duke of Sussex for his recent interactions with Alexei Robichoux and tennis player Serena Williams.
The Queen's grandson opened up about his mental health this week during a conversation with BetterUp CEO Alexie Robichoux and tennis player Serena Williams as part of the Inner Work Day event.
The Duke of Sussex said: "I, like you, Alexey experienced burnout and reached the end of literally what I had during that burnout."
During the chat, Harry said that he wants the boss to give employees time to build up their "mental fitness". He continued: "Some days are great, some days are really tough."
According to a media outlet, the Duke of Sussex was urged to "get the job" by a writer in a throwback column prior to his recent backlash for his "burnout" comments.
Years before Harry's comments he was advised to "get the job" by Joan Smith in a 2015 article for The Guardian.
Meghan's husband has received criticism from some Twitter users who claimed that Harry is in a privileged position.
Prince Harry was also asked last year about "burnout" and job resignations amid the pandemic as he spoke to a US trade magazine.
