According to Page Six, Simon Cowell is reportedly killed in a second bike accident.
The 62-year-old was riding his electric bike without a helmet when he met with the unfortunate incident.
"America's Got Talent" judges "slipped" and fell, but are now "OK," a source said on Tuesday.
The Sun, however, reports that Simon was "lucky to be alive", especially because he was driving at 20 mph.
An insider told The Sun: "He was pedaling with his electric motor when suddenly the wheels popped out from under him after hitting a wet patch."
"He slipped and flew over the handlebar in the middle of the road."
An insider says that Simon's not wearing a helmet was a "stupid" decision, which left his face bleeding like "something from the Phantoms of Opera".
The accident happened last Thursday near his home in West London.
