Prince Andrew once compared the wedding of his beloved daughter Princess Eugenie and the wedding of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle.
Prince Harry, who tied the knot with Meghan Markle in 2018, was joined later that year by cousin Eugenie, who also went down for now-husband Jack Brooksbank.
The wedding ceremony was held at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle. Talking to the camera before the grand wedding. Andrew highlighted how he had invited more guests to his daughter's wedding for Harry than older brother Prince Charles.
Andrew said: "It will not be like the last one which was held in May. This is not a public wedding, it is a family wedding
"There will be a few more people than most people. There are few more people than Harry, but that's the nature of Eugenie and Jack - they have so many friends that they need a church of that size to fit in all of them, " He concluded.
Responding to his comments at the time, keyboard critics pointed out how Andrew made his daughter's wedding a 'contest'.
"So seems like a competition for that," wrote one Twitter user.
Another wrote: "Duke throwing some shade in there" while one commented: "We! So Harry doesn't have that many friends."
