The Queen is reportedly planning to make Prince William's birthday extra special to mark the celebration of the milestone.
The Duke of Cambridge turns 40 on June 21 and to celebrate, a royal expert has claimed the Queen has something "big" in store.
The Duke of Cambridge is also expected to live up to it this year, given that the last two birthdays were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Christopher Anderson spoke to Us Weekly and said: "The Queen has a big plan for [William] and she's going to throw at anything.
"There will be big parties again, if Covid allows something like this to happen."
In addition, royal fans are also looking forward to a new portrait of the future king being released on the big day.
