Nearly half of Britons believe Prince Charles would do well as King, according to a new research conducted last month.

Research conducted by Ipsos on March 24-25, comes as the Prince of Wales found an increase in those viewing him favorably since 2018, 43% now hold a favorable opinion of him, the last 4 years up 11% in ,

Ipsos is a multinational market research and consulting firm headquartered in Paris.

The company was founded in 1975 by Didier Trucote, the company's chairman.

Prince Charles will become king after his mother, Queen Elizabeth, who recently named Duchess Camilla, Charles' wife, as the future queen consort.

Charles' son Prince William is second in line to the British throne. Earlier, some British tabloids have been reporting that William is more popular than his father.
