According to photos shared by The Sun, the Spice Girl singer's youngest child wore a gorgeous white dress and a flower crown tied around her head.
Harper helped her now sister-in-law walk down the aisle at a lavish family event in Miami.
Furthermore, fans were hoping to see the famous girl group reunite on the occasion as Gerry Horner left for Australia with husband Christian Horner.
The publication quoted its source as saying, "Gerry has been with Christian where possible on all of his work trips.
"It's far away especially but it's the Easter holidays so it was possible to travel.
“They are hoping to get some downtime there as well. Being busy with Christian work she didn’t want to fly to the States on her own,” the outlet added.
