The 33-year-old singer - who was once a part of boyband The Wanted - and former WAG Stacy, 38, reportedly split earlier this year.
However, it appears that they have since gotten back together and are determined to give things another chance.
He tagged Stacy in the snap, so people would know they were boyfriend and girlfriend once again.
Earlier this month sources revealed that the couple has decided to give their romance another chance.
One told The Sun: "Max and Stacy had a real rough patch and in the heat of the moment they called it a day.
“It was a very disturbing time for both of them. But now that things have calmed down, they both felt that they wanted to fix things.
"They are back together and working through their issues."
