Prince Harry, Meghan Markle's memorial snub against Prince Philip is 'slap' on Queen Elizabeth's face
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle slammed Queen Elizabeth for turning down Prince Philip's memorial service, accusing her of being 'a slap in the face'.
Meghan's father Thomas Markle issued the allegation on his podcast Remarkable Friends, along with celebrity photographer Carl Larsson.
He was quoted as saying, "It was very important to the Queen to attend and honor Prince Philip for a lifetime of service and by God's grace."
"Not showing up for him was like a slap in the face to the Queen, and unforgivable. The British public would not forgive him for this."
Before concluding, he said, "Otherwise it was a good service, it went very well, and was well deserved for the man."
