Prince Andrew may appear on balcony at Queen's Platinum Jubilee amid backlash

Prince Andrew was considered a favorite of the Queen until she was stripped of her titles and patronage

If Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee celebrations go according to plan, Andrew will be seen on the balcony with other members of the royal family.

There has been speculation about Prince Andrew's appearance at the Queen's birth anniversary and the shooting of the royal family's famous balcony this summer.

Some royal experts believe the Duke of York's tough period is over as the Queen apparently forgave her son by giving him the spotlight at her husband Prince Philip's memorial service last month.

Prince Andrew was considered a favorite of the Queen until he was stripped of his titles and patronage in case of an attack.

He took center stage at his father's memorial, and he may also appear at the Queen's Jubilee and the famous family balcony in June.

However, a large number of royal fans and experts believe the Duke of York will not play a lead role at Platinum Jubilee events because he is not a "good representation" of the royal family.

Andre was not present for the Commonwealth Service at Westminster Abbey in March, which was attended by senior royals including Charles, Camilla, William and Kate. But, he took the center stage at his father's memorial.

Christine Ross, co-host of the Royally Us podcast, previously claimed: "I know it will be difficult for the Queen because she loved Prince Andrew so much, but I don't think he's a good representation of the family with everything." It's going on so I don't expect we'll see him in particular."

The Queen and the Royal Family have faced criticism over the 62-year-old's appearance in her father's service weeks after a sexual assault accuser Virginia Giuffre reached a settlement.

However, according to reports, most of the British public does not want Prince Andrew to play the lead role in the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
