Will Smith doesn't want Jada Pinkett Smith to use him for social media fame
Will Smith wants to keep his married life with Jada Pinkett Smith completely private.
In a short clip posted by Jada to promote the Red Table talk show, the mother-in-law of two is seen putting Will on the spot as she talks about their married life. The video is going viral on reddit.
"You know [therapist] Esther Perel is coming to the table - she'll be at the 'Red Table'" she says before panning the camera towards her husband: "Would you say she's playing a key role in you and Am I redefining our relationship?"
Will says, "I'd say don't start filming without me asking."
Pinkett Smith rolled her eyes to tell fans that she's "still dealing with stupidity."
She continues without thinking: "Would you say that he [Perel] helped us heal each other's sorrows?"
Will respond: "My social media presence is my bread and butter. So you can't just use me for social media. Don't just start rolling; I am standing in my house. Don't start rolling. ,
Fans, who could clearly see Will's discomfort, commented: "He [Smith] looks very uncomfortable."
"He looks hella worried like he knows Jada is going to provoke him and he's afraid how it will go down," says another.
The video comes after Will Smith slapped comedian Chris Rock in the face for mocking Jada's alopecia condition at the Oscars.
