Amber Heard threatened with abusive behavior, claims former assistant
Amber Heard is revealing her toxic relationship with the star amid a legal battle with former assistant ex-husband Johnny Depp.
Katherine James, who worked for Heard from 2012 to 2015, admitted that she was treated poorly and was subjected to the actresses' "blind wrath" several times during her employment.
Talking about her job duties, James admitted that she was responsible for doing whatever is necessary to 'run one's life'.
When asked for a pay increase, James reveals that Heard spat in his face.
"[He] jumped out of his chair and turned his face about four inches away from my face, spitting in my face saying how dare I ask for that salary."
Katherine went on to say that she received "a barrage of abusive text messages" which 'really meant nothing.'
When Heard finally fired her in 2015, James confessed that she was left in "a bit of a shock."
James said Amber got "very angry" and "absolutely ballistic" when she forgot to hide copies of the magazine from then-husband Johnny Depp.
Johnny Depp is suing his ex-wife for defamation and is seeking $50 million for a write-up where he confessed to being subjected to domestic violence in the Washington Post in 2018.
