The 38-year-old TV star revealed that her husband Richie 'left the family home' as he opened up about his heartbreak after their love story broke up after eight years of marriage.
Helen and Richie split just four months after the pair welcomed their third child, Elsie Kate.
The pair are also proud parents to sons, six, Ernie, and Louis, four.
The Sun now reports that Richie has 'started a romance' with a new woman several weeks after his split from Helen.
Richie's friends have claimed that the sports star has 'seen the young businessman several times lately' as their friendship continues to grow.

Insiders claim that Richie is in the 'early stages of a relationship' with the mysterious new lady and this came after his separation from Helen.
"It looks like Richie is spending a lot of his free time with this young, successful business lady," an insider told The Sun.
"They are in the early stages of a relationship now," he said.
It came as Helen surprised fans on Monday with a statement confirming her marriage to Richie.
In a brief statement, Helen wrote: "It is with great sadness to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. They have left the family home.
"We'll do our best to co-parent our little ones."
