Amber Heard appears to have the jury's distraction in her alleged lies and the jury's latest slip.
Speaking on the TODAY show, Heard talked about how the Pirates of the Caribbean star was wronged during her defamation lawsuit.
Hurd claimed, "My defense was largely excluded. The really important pieces were left out. My evidence was handled differently by a judge rather than a jury."
When asked whether he thought Depp's lawyers were good at their job, Heard replied: "I would say his lawyers did a better job at distracting the jury from the real issues," adding that his Lawyers tried to 'distract' the jury, but Depp's team 'definitely' did a better job.
