Amber Heard says she stands by 'every word' of her testimony during defamation trial against Johnny Depp.
Amber Heard spoke out in her first-ever interview with NBC News Dateline after losing her defamation suit against ex-husband Johnny Depp.
The Aquaman actress challenged Depp to do her own sit-down interview if she or her team had a problem with it.
"If Mr. Depp or his team has a problem with this, we recommend that Johnny himself sit down with Savannah Guthrie for an hour and answer all of her questions," a Heard spokesperson said.
Hours before her explosive interview with host Savannah, the Hollywood actress challenged the Pirates of the Caribbean actor.
Earlier, reacting to Heard's interview, a Johnny Depp spokesman said, "It is unfortunate that as Johnny continues to move on with his life, the defendant and his team have to repeat, rethink and revisit those cases." Back to the trial that has already been decided by the Court and a verdict that was unanimously and unequivocally decided in Johnny's favor by the jury."
In her first TV interview, the Aquaman actress says she stands by "every word" of her testimony during the defamation trial against him.
Depp has yet to publicly respond to the challenge.
