Kanye West is putting himself in serious trouble with his 'tactic' to avoid divorce proceedings with Kim Kardashian.
Speaking to The Sun, a Texas-based attorney confessed that he thinks they will face trial if the couple fails to resolve their internal conflicts.
Lawyer Holly Davis said: "I absolutely think that this case will go to trial if Kanye continues to lawyer-shop through the divorce.
"One of the best ways to deal with someone who doesn't believe the rules apply to them is to have a trial or have a court determine the disputed issues.
"It's a last resort for a celebrity like Kim, who has tried to keep the mess of their breakup out of the press, but it's the only way to deal with a spouse who won't negotiate a situation based on logic."
She continued: "When a spouse is only negotiating from an emotional state, it is very difficult to 'provide' or reach agreements, despite the best legal advice that can be given to that person.
"That's why so many of Kanye's lawyers aren't representing him anymore."
She alleged that his expertise or legal advice is "not being followed" by Starr because he is "not negotiating from a place of logic or rules, but instead from a bruised place in his soul." Besides, anger is about breaking up in the first place."
"Kanye hiring a lawyer who is into the fashion world is no surprise to me as a divorce attorney," she said.
