Prince Andrew will share an impact statement on the sentencing of smuggler Ghislaine Maxwell, accused of sexual assault, Virginia Giuffre.
Ms Giuffre is one of six women listed by the US government in a New York court on Tuesday.
Along with Ms Giuffre, "Jane, Annie, Kate, Carolyn and Melissa" are also listed as the women who are allowed to address Judge Alison Nathan before sentencing.
In the new filing, US Attorney Damian Williams wrote: "The government respectfully submits this letter in response to a court order dated June 21, 2022, directing the government to confirm that victims are covered under the Crime Victims Rights Act." have been informed of the rights described. “In line with the CVRA, the Government has provided a notice of right of hearing in relation to the sentencing of six persons who were proved to be directly and almost attributable to the criminal conduct of the defendants.
"Specifically, the Government provided such notice through counsel to persons identified as Jane, Annie, Kate, Carolyn, Virginia and Melissa."
