Rob Kardashian fails to settle in Blac Chyna's 'Revenge' lawsuit

Blac Chyna's lawyer says her client is 'ready' to start trial on Monday when jury selection is due to begin

Blac Chyna's 'revenge' trial against ex-Rob Kardashian will proceed in court on June 20, a Los Angeles judge ruled Thursday.

The judge delivered the ruling after rejecting Kardashian's previous motion to enforce a settlement on Chyna's allegations.

Chyna has accused Kardashian, 35, of illegally posting pornographic photos and videos of her on Instagram in July 2017.

"Chyna is very pleased that the trial judge reached a settlement to 'implement' Rob's motion that never existed," Chyna's attorney, Lin Ciani, said in a statement.

"Without agreement, Chyna (born Angela White) will prove her case before a Los Angeles jury on June 20 that Rob posted her devastating revenge photos to millions of Instagram followers without her consent."

"Rob Kardashian has never claimed responsibility for his heinous and vengeful act of posting [non-consensual photos] of Chyna in July 2017. He was never criminally prosecuted. It's time to finally hold Rob accountable in court." Gone," said Ciani.

In a motion filed earlier this month, Kardashian's lawyers allege Chyna, 34, would drop her lawsuit if the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum told her Justin C. Helped to get out of a separate lawsuit filed by Jones - her former friend.
