Victoria Beckham fans defended her after the recent unveiling of Brooklyn Beckham's wife Nicola Peltz for a magazine cover shoot.
The cover photo of an upcoming issue of Tatler Magazine dubbed the billionaire heiress "The New Mrs. Beckham" and the title was not very well received among social media users.
Sharing the cover image on his Instagram handle, Brooklyn wrote, "Wow. I am so proud of you baby. You look so beautiful and I love you so much."
"Congratulations babe x @nicolaannepeltzbeckham," said the aspiring chef.
However, the comments section was soon flooded with comments in support of David Beckham's wife, believing her to be the "real" Mrs. Beckham.
"Beautiful but Victoria is the real Beckham," commented one user, while another added, "Lovely but Victoria is stunning."
Another comment read, "The new Mrs. Beckham? Humorous."
"I'm screaming, your mom won't like this," cried one user.
One user tried to reassure fans that both women were Mrs. Beckham, saying, "This is not a contest."
