Can't the Queen intervene if Harry is not provided with protection in Balmoral's visit?

According to multiple media reports, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are not on the Balmoral summer guest list.

While some media outlets reported that the US-based couple have not been invited, others said the Duke of Sussex has refused to attend the Queen's summer retreat.

It has also been reported that Harry will not want to come to the British Home Office due to a long-running affair about whether they will provide him with protection.

One publication reported that the queen could intervene if the queen's grandson refused to come for protection.

Some royal fans and experts believe that in a constitutional monarchy like Britain, the Queen will not be able to intervene to pave the way for her grandchildren.

Meanwhile, The Sun reported that staff at the Queen's Scottish estate were told to expect a full list of the royals, including "Harry, Meghan and their children Archie and Lillibet".
