James Middleton revealed that he had always found January a very difficult month, especially when he was suffering with clinical depression.
The Duchess of Cambridge's Kate Middleton's brother James Middleton has revealed that he suffered from clinical depression in the past.
James Middleton shared a suggestive note on Instagram, saying "the past is imperfect, so will the future, but now - we can do something about it".
Sharing lovely pictures with his wife and their pets, James also revealed that he had always found January to be a very rough month, especially when he was suffering from clinical depression.
He wrote, "My thoughts on January...I've always found January to be a very difficult month, especially when I was suffering from clinical depression. When everyone is setting new goals, creating new basic rules, and myself while some of us are just about to survive…”
“However, I set myself a new mantra that was inspired by my dogs… Don’t spend every moment thinking about what was to come or those who came in the past. The past is imperfect, so will the future, but now We can do something about that. So right now... I'm taking the dogs for a long walk with my wife."
