Meghan Markle, Prince Harry are shooting their reality show in Montecito these days
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reportedly being prompted by Netflix to release their own reality series by the end of 2022.
As part of its multi-million dollar deal, streaming giant Netflix Sussex had its shows clash with The Crown for lucrative reasons.
A source told Page Six: "There's a lot to organize and a lot of things to play here."
Netflix wants to "make sure they get out there and don't get scooped" by all of Harry's memoir, which is due out later this year.
A Hollywood source previously said that with this new project, Netflix is "getting a pound of meat" from the couple.
The source continued: "[Netflix executives] knew the book was coming, which is why they wanted the series this year. They don't want to wait any longer."
Meanwhile, the couple is currently filming for their documentary at their Montecito home.
