Meghan Markle uses 'desolated' Rwanda as 'background for fashion shoot'

Meghan Markle reportedly posed for 'hours' in Rwanda

Meghan Markle reportedly posed for 'hours' in Rwanda, claims Tom Bower in his explosive book.

In his bombastic biography Revenge: The War Between Meghan, Harry and the Windsors, the British author claims the Duchess of Sussex insisted on bringing a Canadian photographer with her.

In January 2016, the Suits alum was invited by World Vision Canada to promote the construction of water wells in the African country.

However, Meghan reportedly took the opportunity to have her own fashion photoshoot by professional photographer Gabor Jurina.

Tom also claimed that Meghan 'disappeared' after filming with the kids.

"In the end, (Brenda) Surminsky (the film's producer) was shocked. The celebrities using a desolate African village as a backdrop for a fashion shoot was 'mind-blowing,'" the book reads.

"For hours, Jurina photographed the perfectly curvy actress hugging, squeezing and smiling at the village kids."

Tom also wrote that producers thought Meghan was "on a path in which something good is finally happening, but her destination was unknown."
