Prince Harry looked nervous from start at the UN
Prince Harry considers Meghan Markle to be his strength during testing moments.
Body language expert Darren Stanton revealed that the Duke of Sussex was very intimidated by his surroundings at the General Assembly and was nervous before delivering a speech on Nelson Mandela.
The expert said: "Harry seemed nervous from the start. Although he is not exactly a skilled public speaker, he has great confidence to address a large number of people, however, this did not seem to be one of those opportunities.
"Harry portrayed signs of distress that reflected his restlessness on stage and how he was feeling a little overwhelmed by the situation. Mr. Stanton said that as Harry spoke, he "kept biting his lips".
This, the expert claimed, is a "self-assured gesture we make when we're feeling anxious, and he was fumbling with the buttons on his suit jacket."
Meanwhile, Meghan acted as a shield to shield Harry from her trouble: "As well as holding Meghan's hand, he is seen adjusting his jacket or putting his hand on the back of his jacket by his side .
“There is no denying that Harry is not extremely comfortable being in the spotlight and in these situations he sees Meghan as his rock.
