On receipt of the complaint, the concerned SHO will warn the accused through notice, and if the accused does not restrain himself, he will be punished with three months' jail and a fine of one lakh rupees. If the complaint is made against the accused again, he will have to pay a jail term of one year and a fine of five lakh rupees.
