Boney Kapoor shared an unseen picture with his late wife Sridevi on the occasion of his fourth death anniversary on Thursday.
Four years after Sridevi passed away, the filmmaker took to the photo-sharing app as of late Thursday, February 24, when he went on a vacation to Venice in 2008.
"We drove from Milan to Venice on 7 September 2008 and spent just a few hours in the city," Bonnie shared, adding, "We had planned to go to Venice again for a longer stay but fate had taken a toll. Our plans were rejected."
The photo shows the couple sitting in a classic Venetian gondola as they ride along one of the city's famous canals.
Fans flocked to leave encouraging and heartwarming comments for the victim Bonnie, with one fan writing, "Don't worry sir, he's always with you."
Bonnie also specially remembered his late wife in an interview with Forbes last year.
“Sridevi was one of those rare artists who are so talented that her absence leaves a void that cannot be filled. But I remember her as a great and down to earth person, a very devoted mother and an extremely loving wife. Sridevi was very different from Sridevi as a human being, wife, mother and friend."
Boney and Sridevi married in 1996 and have two daughters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor.
