Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the Russian delegation included officials from the ministries of foreign and defense and President Vladimir Putin's office.
A Russian delegation has arrived in Belarus for talks with Ukraine, a Kremlin spokesman was quoted as saying by Ifax news agency on Sunday, the first talks since Russia launched its offensive on February 24.
Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the Russian delegation included officials from the ministries of foreign and defense and President Vladimir Putin's office, and was awaiting the arrival of their Ukrainian counterparts in the Belarusian city of Gomel.
